Convenient Location, Nice Staff, and Good Amenities

Stayed at a hotel for a weekend with my family. The location was great, very close to the railway station and other important places. The staff was nice and friendly, always ready to help. The room had good amenities to make our stay comfortable. , the breakfast buffet had a decent variety of dishes to choose from.

The noise level at night was unbearable, and we couldn't get a proper sleep. We later found out that it was due to some machinery on the terrace, which was causing disturbance to all the guests on the top floor.

This hotel is a great value for money. The prices are reasonable for the quality they offer. The attention to detail is commendable, with daily cleaning services and helpful staff like Arumugam, Mustafa, and Leela Krishnan. The location is fantastic - right in the center of the city, just opposite the railway station. It's also conveniently close to the famous Madurai Meenakshi Amman temple. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped with all the essential amenities, especially on the lower floors. Additionally, the free breakfast has a wide spread of delicious items to choose from.
